Theory of change

Live 4 Love Human Outreach believes: By meeting the basic needs of individuals and families, (Food, Clothing, Shelter, Health, and Education/Awareness) we will inspire people to realize and/or embrace an increased sense of Self-Actualization, Esteem of Self and others, Love/Belonging, Health and Education, thus improving life outcomes. Furthermore, we believe when basic needs are met, individuals and families will view themselves as significant members of their communities and will embrace community participation and service.

Live 4 Love Human Outreach staff and volunteers will strive to diffuse poverty-providing effective services, innovative programs and projects, and strategic planning methods, such as a full-service online outreach and resource center, community forums and celebrations, an effective Outreach "coalition” and various activities and events - all of which focus on meeting the basic needs of the client population served.

Service Philosophy

We believe everyone should have access to quality food, clothing, shelter and housewares, resources and pathways for healthy living, and educational resources that inspire and promote self-sufficiency and community involvement. Individuals and families should not feel humiliation, undignified, be discriminated against, or feel "Less Than" just because they need support from their community to meet their basic needs. This philosophy applies to all people who access our services and we will serve everyone regardless of thier race, culture, religion, gender and/or gender identity, age, disabilities.
